Important: We updated the PPPC documentation as the CodeRequirements were incorrectly shown and did not grant the required permissions. Specifically parts of the string was shown as

An issue is resolved that caused the Catalog Agent to hang when no user was logged in

Apps excluded from updates (check appcatalog.cloud) will no longer be shown in the Catalog App as an update. For example Microsoft apps as Microsoft AutoUpdate should be used and organizations may have different update settings applied, such as delayed updates.
